Using a CardDAV address book

To add such an address book, perform the following steps:

  1. Click File ▸ New ▸ Address Book.

  2. Select the type CardDAV.

  3. To discover the address books, announced by the server, enter the server address as URL and optionally User, then click on Find Address Books. Select the address book. This prefills the fields Name and URL. The step is optional, and you can overwrite all the discovered settings.

  4. Saisissez le nom que vous voulez.

  5. Saisissez l’adresse dans le champ URL.

  6. Choisissez Utiliser une connexion sécurisée si vous souhaitez vous connecter en toute sécurité.

  7. Saisissez votre nom d’utilisateur.

  8. Cliquez sur Valider.

The address book will be added to the list of address books in Evolution, GNOME Contacts.
