Outlook

Langkah-langkah ini mengacu pada data yang disimpan secara lokal seperti akun POP. Untuk data jarak jauh (seperti IMAP) ini tidak perlu, karena data masih ada di server dan tidak perlu ditransfer secara manual. Anda dapat mengatur akun yang sesuai di Evolution dan data akan diunduh.

Prasyarat di bawah Windows

Pertama, saat menggunakan Microsoft Windows, siapkan pesan Anda untuk diimpor:

  1. Menemukan berkas Outlook Anda (biasanya berkas dengan akhiran .pst atau .ost):

    Windows 7, Windows Vista

    Windows XP

    Outlook 2010

    C:\Users\username\My Documents\Outlook Files

    C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\Outlook Files

    Outlook 2007 dan yang lebih lama

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

    C:\Documents and Settings\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

    (Ganti "nama pengguna" dengan nama pengguna Anda.)

  2. Salin berkas Outlook ke sistem atau partisi tempat Evolution dipasang.

    As your Windows hard drive is probably in the NTFS format, some Linux systems cannot read it without additional software. You might find it simpler to copy the mail folders to a USB drive or to burn a CD.

Mengimpor ke Evolution

  1. Depending on your last step, either plug in the disk or USB drive with the data and wait until the file manager window opens, or mount your Windows drive.

  2. Copy all the mail files into your home directory or another convenient place.

  3. Mulailah Evolution.

  4. Optionally select File ▸ New ▸ Mail Folder to create the folders you want.

  5. Klik Berkas ▸ Impor.

  6. Di tab Tipe Pengimpor, klik Impor satu berkas.

  7. Choose the Outlook personal folders (.pst) file that you would like to import.

    Tipe berkas akan ditentukan secara otomatis.

    If the option to import Outlook personal folders (.pst files) is not available under File ▸ Import ▸ Import single file ▸ File type, your distribution might have not enabled this functionality in Evolution. Please ask in a support forum of your distribution.

  8. Choose the destination (e.g. the folder in Evolution) for the imported data.

  9. Ulangi langkah-langkah impor hingga Anda mengimpor semua data Anda.
